New upper control arms
Jack McCormack at Kinetic Vehicles has developed new front upper control arms. they provide much easier adjustment and less binding than original one-piece units. Originally I adjusted them to 2 degrees negative camber and ~7 degrees of caster. The idea was to have maximum of both so when I dial some camber out for wide tires, the caster will also decrease unless the small bolt holding halves together is touched. One can adjust the camber from rear arm on light seven without jacking the car up. Major help at the track for quick alignments when you can hold your camber gauge on wheel and rotate turnbuckle to direction desired. Only once caster moves away from comfort zone, say 4-7 degrees in my car then the front end needs to be lifted from ground and both halves of upper control arms need to be adjusted.
Great product!
